Following from several perspectives, covers the war between a human race against the collection of races, Kataren, Elves, Centrian, and the Solarian, in a conflict that ends up to have but inadvertantly started. Now, the Humans are losing the fight and so develope the ultimate biological weapon, a humanoid with all the strengths of all the races with none of the weaknesses.
